I have struggled with my skin for a good portion of my life. I have always had oily skin, and acne, but as I grew older my acne would worsen with my hormones. I have tried literally everything, no matter the price tag, and my husband will vouch for that!

I want to share with you my current skin routine, because I've had some dramatic results. I am not partnered with Honest skin care, but will link the products I'm using to my Amazon links.

I will ALWAYS be honest with you and if for whatever reason I stop using these products I'll be upfront.

I started using Honest skin care because I always try to eat clean ingredients so one day I thought, why am I not trying to use the cleanest ingredients on my face? Their skin care is all natural and organic. It isn't tested on animals, and it's free from dyes, Parabens, silicones, petrolatum, mineral oil and the dreaded synthetic fragrances.

I researched the best products for my issues and ordered the Hydrogel cream, Vitamin C Radiance serum, and clearing night serum with honestly pure retinol.

I blended two of their skin care systems because my skin care concerns were dullness, texture, pores and obviously acne.

The hydrogel cream is an award winning hydrating moisturizer that is made with two types of hyaluronic acid, which is meant to fight aging. I do feel that it's helped firm my skin already and fight against some of those fine lines that are starting to deepen. Also, it cools upon application, perfect for summer!

I use it in the morning and the evening and a little goes a long way. I bet this will last me several months. When using it, I like to massage it in to ensure it's reaching that next layer. Best part is it's under $20! You seriously cannot beat that...

Next up, is the Vitamin C radiance serum, which is made of vitamin C, light reflecting pearl, and hyaluronic acid. It helps brighten, firm and hydrate! I also feel like it's helped my skin's smoothness. Under $30..

Finally, I think this guy is the reason for all that acne disappearing... enough said.

It's a retinol cream so something to consider is wear sunscreen during the day if you are using this at night. Also, I've always heard retinol cream isn't a great choice if you are pregnant.

Under $28

Also, I think it's important that before you ever add product to your skin you first make sure your make up is removed and you use a gentle cleanser. I haven't tried Honest cleaner yet. I really like Cetaphil, but I sometimes switch that out with a cleanser I got from an Esthetician.
